Privacy policy

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the topic you pick and your message. For a free scan request we also ask for your purchase-order volume and sales channel. The form records the page you sent it from, the page that referred you, and which service link brought you there.

Email: anything you send to our addresses arrives in our Google Workspace mailbox.

Booking: if you book a session, you enter your details in Cal.com, which sends us the booking.

The margin calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are never sent to us.

How we use it

We use what you send only to reply to you, prepare for a conversation you asked for, and run an engagement you agree to. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Analytics

We measure site traffic with Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and reports visits in aggregate. We count a few actions, such as button clicks, use of the calculator and form submissions (the topic, and for a scan request the volume and channel you picked; never your name or email). Our own code sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

Who processes it for us

Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard request logs. Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox; we keep no separate database of them. Google Workspace holds our email. Cal.com handles bookings. Plausible provides analytics. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

To limit spam, the contact form holds your IP address in server memory to cap repeat submissions, and records it in our host's logs if a submission looks automated.

Google account data

Tahiti North uses a private integration with Google APIs to read and manage its own mailboxes. It is never used to access a visitor's or client's Google account. Information received from Google APIs is not sold, is shared only with service providers that process it on our behalf, and is not used for advertising, and its use adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and your choices

We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to work with you and to meet our business and legal obligations. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
