Forty-five minutes on the decision in front of you and whatever data sits behind it, whether that is an AI use case, a pricing question, or a leadership gap. Bring the question and we come prepared; you leave with a scoped next step. It is a conversation, not a proposal, and there is no fee.

How does the free deduction scan work?
Tell us you are a 1P Vendor Central brand and your approximate annual PO volume, and we will reply with the short list of report exports the scan needs. You pull those exports yourself, so no Vendor Central login is shared and nothing is committed. Scan exports are used only for your scan and any work you then engage us for, kept confidential, and deleted or returned on request. The scan is free; if it leads to the paid audit, that $2,500 fee is credited in full against recovery fees whenever you continue to recovery, with no time limit.
